Major works and upgrades are well underway at the property, with a planned timeline to keep everything on track (subject to change). Here’s what’s happening:

✨ Concrete restoration – Scheduled for completion by March 26th
✨ Downstairs upgrades – New cupboards and plantation shutters. Set to be completed by March 26th
✨ Two hydrotherapy spas – On track for completion by March 26th
✨ 5-person outdoor infrared sauna – Set to be completed by March 26th
✨ Waterproof outdoor TV on spa/sauna deck – Set to be completed by March 26th
✨ Pinball Machine, Shooter Combined Arcade Machine, 1 Daytona Driving Machine – Set to be completed by March 26th

🏗️ Major Renovation & Expansion—The outdoor top deck will be replaced, extended further out the front, and wrapped around to the back, transforming into a double-deck spanning the entire length of the house, both upstairs and downstairs. Work is scheduled to begin in early June, with an estimated completion date of July 4th.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
